System Requirements
The available functionality depends on the Windows version used, the connection type and the USB adapter used. Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are taken into account.
Windows 7
All functions are supported via USB, IDE and SATA.
IDE/SATA is also possible via a compatible USB adapter*.
Windows 8 / 8.1 / 10
All functions are supported via USB or IDE/SATA via a compatible USB adapter*.
When connected directly via SATA, only ATA password unlocking with a known password is intended.

Hardware
PC or notebook with Intel or AMD chipset.
Internet
An internet connection is required for license authentication.
* Compatible USB adapter required.
Not every USB adapter correctly forwards the required ATA commands to the hard drive.
